A loose bunch of mixed flowers in a vase (top of vase visible). Flower colours are mostly pinks, yellow, violet and purple, with a little red. Green stems and leaves. Mottled light beige background. Not signed on the painting but frame back has a printed (ink stamped) signature, name and address of artist Martin Waters. (British artist from Hull, born 1955.)
Art Style: Folksy, impressionist, semi-naive, romantic.

Frame Details:
Muted dark blue-green (not a strong colour tone) board overlay mount. Wooden frame, brown with gold colour inner edges. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes, with cord for hanging.

External size, including frame, approx 17 x 13 1/2 inches, 43cm x 34.5cm.
Size of visible painting only (the mount aperture) approx 11 3/4 x 8 2/10 inches, 29.8cm x 20.8cm.
Upright.

Condition:
Painting excellent. Slight wear marks to frame edges, otherwise framing excellent.
