Original 1995 edition small colour lithographic print, mounted and framed, and ready to hang. Limited edition. Hand-signed and numbered by the artist.

Titled 'Rose Cottage'. Artwork of cottage door exterior and windows. Garden path and lots of flowers. Flowers around the door. Nice colours. Contemporary impressionist style. Integral white border with printed title, and hand-written edition number and signature. Printed signature on the artwork too. Artist Simon Bull.

Frame Details:
Double board overlay mount, light cream main mount, and buttermilk colour inner edge mount. Moulded wooden frame, muted brown and grey grain. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with publisher's label, and tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with cord for hanging. Some of the rear fittings are newer.

Size:
External dimensions, including frame, approx 12 3/8 x 11 9/10 inches, 31.4cm x 30.2cm. Size of visible print including white borders/names, approx 7 x 6 3/10 inches, 17.8cm x 16cm. Horizontal.

Condition: Excellent on the whole with slight wear to frame edges.
