Painting from circa 1980s estimated. The frame is circa 1980s-90s.
An original painting on fabric, framed. Ready to hang.
Medium unknown but it looks like watercolour. The fabric has a very fine texture.

Depicting a brown owl perched on a tree trunk. Nice colours. Artist unknown. Unsigned. Art style is semi-naive, folksy, rustic and slightly surreal.

Frame Details:
Moulded wooden frame, warm mid to light brown. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging. The rear fittings are newer.

External size, including frame, approx 14 7/10 x 12 1/4 inches, 37.3cm x 31.2cm.
Size of visible painting only (the front of frame aperture) approx 11 3/10 x 9 inches, 28.8cm x 22.9cm.
Upright.

Condition:
Painting excellent. Slight wear to frame edges. Rest of frame excellent.
