Artwork of a bustling narrow street scene with buildings (one named Burns' Tavern, with the Ns back to front!) and people. Label on back states 'Burn's Tavern (John Dowie's Tavern), Liberton Wynd, Edinburgh by George Cattermole (1800-1868), Lithograph by James Duffield Harding'. Gentle muted colours.
Art Style: Observational Georgian Victorian portraiture, rustic, quaint, old fashioned, historical, architectural.

Frame Details:
Moulded wooden frame, warm mid-brown with nice grain. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging. The rear fittings are newer.

Size:
External size, including frame, approx 13 2/10 x 9 3/4 inches, 33.5cm x 24.7cm. Upright.

Condition:
Print excellent. Slight wear to frame edges. Rest of frame excellent.
