Vintage-Antique Art Print, Jesmond Dene Old Mill (Newcastle) by L Bowden, Framed

Circa early to mid 20th century vintage/antique colour print, mounted and framed. Ready to hang. See condition notes below.

Titled 'The Old Mill, Jesmond Dene' on the mount. A lovely artwork of a mill cottage with small river, and trees. In the area of Newcastle, Tyne & Wear, North East England. Gentle colours. Soft impressionist style.

Frame Details:
Print mounted onto a grey background which gives a small border around the print. Thin card overlay mount, coloured cream with two fine grey printed lines around the aperture and printed title/name. Wooden frame, coloured muted gold with slight textured lines (variable). Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with string for hanging. The rear fittings are newer than the rest of the frame.

External dimensions, including frame, approx 15 3/10 x 12 1/4 inches, 38.9cm x 31.1cm.
Size of artwork print only, excluding all borders, about 10 x 7 3/10 inches, 25.3cm x 18.6cm. Upright.

Condition Notes:
Print excellent. Border and overlay have blemish marks and light beige foxing spots but nothing unusual. Overlay also has a few scuff lines and tiny dot marks and particles. Glass and back of frame excellent. Frame edges/corners/back edges have various small scuffs, abrasions and corner wear, all commensurate with age.
