Antique tonal warm black and white print from an engraving, mounted and framed (vintage). Ready to hang.
'Low Life by Edwin Landseer RA (b. 1802), Engraver Henry Beckwith', as labelled on back of frame. Observational portrait of a dog sitting upright in a doorway, in an outdoor setting, with its master's belongings around, such as a top hat, boots, tankard and knife. The dog is licking its chops!
Art Style: Fine, classical, rustic, Victorian era animal portraiture.
Frame Details:
Black board overlay mount. Wooden frame, finished in black with metallic colour beading to front edges. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging. Some of the rear fittings are newer.

External size, including frame, approx 12 3/4 x 10 3/4 inches, 32.3cm x 27.2cm.
Size of visible print only (the mount aperture) approx 9 x 7 2/10 inches, 22.8cm x 18.2cm.
Upright.
Condition:
Print has some slight mottled marks on the surface which are more visible at certain angles, otherwise the print is very good and of very fine quality. Slight general wear to frame edges. Rest of frame very good.
