An old fashioned house with garden and bench. Pink and white flowers. Trees, plants, grass and sky. Lovely gentle colours. Impressionist style. Small integral white border around painting. Appears to be painted on slightly textured cartridge paper.
Artist: Signed "Slade '92" on the white border.

Frame Details:
Muted dark-ish green board overlay mount. Wooden frame, brown and dark brown. Glass to front. Hardboard back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal rings with cord for hanging. Original gallery/framer's label (Godalming, Surrey) on the back.

House location not stated but it may be in the Godalming area too, due to the gallery label.
