Small antique hand-coloured print from an engraving, possibly a photogravure type of engraving, mounted, and framed (vintage). Ready to hang.

Shanklin Village I. O. W. by C. Russell, titled on the picture (lettering is fuzzy in parts!). A rustic village street scene with thatched cottages and a horse and cart, in the Isle of Wight, England. Gentle colours.
Style: Rustic, traditional, old fashioned, quaint, idyllic.

Frame Details:
Print mounted onto cream coloured card with a border impression. Slate green board overlay mount. Narrow brown wooden frame. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes, with cord for hanging. Some of the fittings are newer.

External dimensions including frame, approx 9 9/10 x 7 3/10 inches, 25.2cm x 18.6cm. Size of print only, excluding mount and borders, approx 5 7/10 x 2 7/8 inches, 14.4cm x 7.3cm.
Horizontal picture.

Condition:
Print very good to excellent. Small marks on cream border. Very slight wear to frame edges. Rest of frame excellent.
