Print from the 1800s. Frame circa 1950s.
Small antique chromolithographic colour print, mounted and framed (vintage). Ready to hang.

A London street scene in the Georgian or Victorian era, with shops, buildings, people, horses and carriages, and dogs. Great picture! Integral border with printed title 'Regent Street from Piccadilly' and artist and lithographer names T. H. Shepnerd and J. Bluck respectively, on the bottom border. The colours are subtle.

Frame Details:
Black board overlay mount. Moulded wooden frame edges, finished in black with gold colour beading to inner/outer edges. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging. Some of the fittings are newer than the frame itself.

External size, including frame, approx 11 4/10 x 9 2/10 inches, 29cm x 23.5cm.
Size of visible print only including borders (the mount aperture size) approx 6 9/10 x 4 9/10 inches, 17.5cm x 12.4cm.
Horizontal format.

Condition Notes:
Slight yellowing to the print otherwise the print is very good to excellent. A few very fine scuff lines on the glass. Some age related wear to frame edges. Rest of frame very good to excellent.
