2 x Vintage Clovelly Devon Art Prints by Lucretia Johnson, Small B&W Pictures, Framed, defects

Set of two small prints from engravings, framed and ready to hang.
Circa 1980s print editions of earlier artworks. Frames circa 1980s-1990s. Small defects, see condition notes.

Two different artwork scenes. One titled 'Up Along Clovelly' and the other 'Down Along Clovelly' (a village in Devon, England). Black monotone prints on light cream colour surface (paper or thin card). Both charming street scenes.
Artist: Both titled on the pictures 'From the original by Lucretia Johnson'. A post-war artist from New Zealand.

Frame Details:
Moulded wooden frames, coloured speckled muted yellow-brown to front, speckled gold inner edges, speckled brown and grey outer edges, and dark brown sides. Glass to fronts. Hardboard back on frames with tabbed and taped edges. Metal eyes with string for hanging.

Size:
External size, including frame, approx 9 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches, 24.2cm x 19cm each.
Upright.

Condition Notes:
Both prints have a few tiny stray black dots from the printing process.
The 'Down' print has a small blemish on the bottom edge and a very slight ruck mark near the top corner.
The 'Up' print has a slight ruck mark near the top corner.
Glass and back of frames excellent.
Frame edges and corners have various scuff marks and wear. Indent on top side of one frame, and a small gap/abrasion on the top mitred corner of one frame.
