Print from the 1800s. Frame circa 1950s.
Small hand-coloured antique tonal black and white print from an engraving, mounted and framed (vintage), and ready to hang.

Outdoor scene of two men standing in a stream, each holding a pronged-spear aimed at an otter, with dogs in and around the water. Landscape to background. Integral off-white border with title 'Otter Hunting' to bottom border. Very fine quality picture.

Frame Details:
Beige board overlay mount. Wooden frame edges finished in black with gold colour beading to inner/outer edges. Glass to front. Board back on frame with tabbed and taped edges. Metal tab for hanging. Some of the rear fittings are newer.

Size:
External size, including frame, approx 11 1/2 x 10 4/10 inches, 29.2cm x 26.3cm.
Size of visible print and borders/title (the mount aperture size) approx 5 7/8 x 4 1/4 inches, 14.9cm x 10.9cm.
Horizontal.

Condition Notes:
Print/artwork excellent. Mount has small light beige spotty marks all over. Frame edges/sides/corners have various scuffs, marks and abrasions. Glass and frame back excellent.
